SplatDuring a company event, Yasemin, the successful PR manager, learns that her fiancee Yaman has been unfaithful to her. She faces a cathartic choice: continue living a lie or leave everything behind. On an instinct, she jumps on the first plane she finds and ends up in Lisbon. However upon arrival, her suitcase is lost, her credit cards are blocked, and she has nowhere to stay. Drifting toward a small seaside town, a sweet surprise awaits Yasemin: she must share the rental stone house with the owner, José. What begins as a clash of opposites turns into love. As a perfectionist and meticulous person, Yasemin confronts her fears to rediscover what truly matters: new beginnings, and gaining back the self-confidence she once had.

Stayed so true to the source material but still had its own must-see moments. A beautiful revival.
Overlong and bogged down in dark photography and art direction, this live action remake doesn’t come close to the magic that was the animated original.
My daughter and I absolutely loved this movie! The actors they selected were spot on compared to their animated version! A must see!!!!! Bravo!!!
im not a big fan of live action remakes, but this was solid!
