SplatIn 2003, PMMP was breaking into the mainstream of the Finnish music scene. This documentary tells not only the story of the band's comeback year, but also what it was like to be a young female artist in Finland in the 2000s – and what kind of mark it left. The documentary consists of extensive archive material and recent interviews in which Vesala and Luoti openly talk about painful experiences that did not remain private but became intertwined with PMMP's music, lyrics, and performances.

Stayed so true to the source material but still had its own must-see moments. A beautiful revival.
Overlong and bogged down in dark photography and art direction, this live action remake doesn’t come close to the magic that was the animated original.
My daughter and I absolutely loved this movie! The actors they selected were spot on compared to their animated version! A must see!!!!! Bravo!!!
im not a big fan of live action remakes, but this was solid!
